We are seeking skilled individuals to join our dynamic team working on small and large scale projects throughout the South-East and West Sussex.
Responsibilities:
- The ideal candidates will require a variety of skills, including foundations, drainage, paving and concrete laying.
- To be part of a small team carrying out high quality works on private and commercial projects delivering to a high standard.
- Collaborate with other construction professionals following directions from site supervisors/project managers.
- Ensuring adherence to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Groundworker or similar role in construction.
- Familiarity with construction machinery and hand tools.
- Basic understanding of construction principles and methods.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans (desirable but not essential).
- CPCS or NPORS qualifications would be an advantage but not essential.
- A valid CSCS card.
- Good teamwork skills and a strong work ethic; taking pride in your work.
